HOW TO BOOK A TOUR

  • Please send me an email (iuliaenescu_ro@yahoo.com) where indicating which  tour(s) you are interested in, the date of the tour and number of persons who will participate (adults and children, including thee children’s age) . I am also reachable by phone / WhatsApp, at +40 745 393600
  • For a personalized tour please briefly describe your main touristic interests (e.g. mostly indoor or mostly outdoor, more car transport or more walking, history, culture, a bit of all) and available time. You will receive a proposal within 24-48 hours.
  • Please know that each tour is treated as a special project and I am constantly searching for new places and events to be able to offer you an experience hard to forget.
  • The prices listed for each tour include professional guiding services, transport by car, parking. Extra fees / admission fees are clearly indicated within each tour description. If children attend price will be discussed on a case-by-case basis, depending on their age.

PAYMENT OF THE TOUR

An advance payment of 30% of the tour entire value is kindly needed to secure the tour. The advance payment can be made via bank account or Revolut.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Here is an example, for an easier reference:

Let’s say you decide and confirm you book a tour on 1 June, and the tour takes place on 12 June.

You have:

– free cancellation until 7 days before the tour date (namely by the end of 4 June (23:59, Bucharest time)
– 40% of the tour price for cancellation until 3 days before the tour date, namely between 5 June-end of 8 June (8 June, 23:59, Bucharest time)
– 80% of the tour price for cancellation made less than 3 days before the tour date, namely between 9 June – end of 12 June (12 June, 23:59, Bucharest time)

If the tour is booked less than 7 days before it takes place, the advance payment and cancellation policies will be discussed on a case-by-case basis.

The rest of the payment is made in cash at the end of the tour, in Euro, USD or Romanian lei, at your convenience.

Last but not least, in case of force majeure, we will rediscuss the cancellation policy.
